3. Nature of Online Tools & Consultation Requests

The interactive calculators (such as the RT60 Reverberation Time Estimator) provided on this site are design aids based on theoretical mathematical models. Submission of a consultation request via web forms constitutes an initial exploratory communication and does not establish a formal engineering retention contract until a signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or formal proposal is finalized.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When utilizing our contact systems and interactive interfaces, users agree to:

Provide accurate contact and project parameters.
Refrain from transmitting automated bot queries, malicious code, or unauthorized vulnerability scans.
