UEH LYDTEKNIKK AS provides customized acoustic evaluations, system engineering blueprints, and sound level calibration services. Because our deliverables represent bespoke intellectual labor and physical measurement sessions, this policy outlines how recalculations, deliverable revisions, and cancellations are handled.
1. Technical Deliverable Revisions & Recalculations
We are committed to total technical accuracy. Following the delivery of an acoustic simulation, RT60 report, or line-array design package:
- 30-Day Revision Period: Clients are entitled to request parameter adjustments (such as alternate audience seating layouts, updated material absorption coefficients, or modified loudspeaker models) within 30 calendar days of initial dossier delivery.
- Error Rectification: Any numerical discrepancy identified relative to certified ISO 3382 measurement standards will be re-analyzed and re-issued at zero additional charge.
2. On-Site Measurement Scheduling & Cancellation
When on-site acoustic measurement or concert sound commissioning has been contracted:

3. Digital Knowledge Base & Whitepaper Access
Educational papers, engineering guides, and interactive calculation tools published openly on this domain are free to access. If you experience technical transmission difficulties with downloaded archives or DSP configuration files, our engineering team will provide alternative direct download links upon request.
